Pop in your unworn, unwashed item in a solid envelope. Print, fill out and enclose the attached returns form, highlighting the problem so we can sort things out.

• if you send the envelope by post, for your peace of mind please ask the post office to give you a proof of postage, just in case the envelope gets lost on its way back to us. Keep this proof until you have received your refund or exchange. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damage in transit back to us. 
• you are responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. But if you requested an exchange, the new item(s) will of course be sent to you free of charge.
